Meet The Team
I am a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. I have been working with Shelby County youth and families since October 2023. Prior to focusing on youth, I primarily worked with adults in corrections, but over time, developed a deep passion for helping youth navigate life's challenges.
In my free time, I love spending time with my son, cherishing every moment as I watch him grow. We especially enjoy watching sports together. My values of empathy, dedication, and growth continue to guide both my professional and personal life.
Allie Greene
My path to The Link began with a desire to do work that directly supports children and families. After more than 20 years in marketing and communications, I volunteered as a CASA/GAL in Shelby County. That experience confirmed that helping young people feel heard, supported, and understood was where I belonged. When the opportunity to join The Link arose, I knew it was the right fit.
As a Service Coordinator, I work alongside youth and families to identify strengths, understand challenges, build practical skills, and connect them with helpful resources before problems grow into crises. I firmly believe in early intervention and lifelong learning, and I continually seek out new ideas, training, and evidence-based approaches that can improve the support The Link provides.
I attended Bowling Green State University and have called Shelby County home since 2012. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children—and managing a household populated by dogs, cats, and chickens. I am an enthusiastic Premier League fan, an avid stargazer, a frequent audiobook listener, and remain cautiously optimistic that the neighborhood crows will eventually accept me as one of their own.
